Each individual may hold only one active rpiv5 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances. Use your real legal name and identity details when registering.
All bonuses on rpiv5 carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page. Failure to complete wagering forfeits the bonus portion only.

rpiv5 processes withdrawals exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified under your account name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the rpiv5 platform. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 21 or older. rpiv5 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending bets voided, and any deposited funds (net of any withdrawals already processed) returned to the original payment source.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The rpiv5 platform is operated as an international service and is primarily designed for use by residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of rpiv5 complies with applicable local regulations. rpiv5 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction.
2.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, persons under guardianship orders, and persons who are currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by rpiv5 or any affiliated platform are not eligible to register.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on rpiv5 at any time. Creating duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts — whether under your own identity or a different name — is strictly prohibited. rpiv5 employs detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts associated with that individual may be closed and balances forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a mobile phone number. rpiv5 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to provide accurate registration information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rpiv5 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you notify rpiv5 of unauthorized access immediately. Upon discovery of unauthorized account access, you must contact [email protected] without delay.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. rpiv5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or conduct harmful to other Members or to the integrity of the platform.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. Before any withdrawal is processed, all Members must complete the rpiv5 Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires submission of:
4.2 Verification Timeline. rpiv5 aims to review KYC submissions within 1–4 hours during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB Monday to Sunday). Submissions received outside these hours will be reviewed on the next business session. rpiv5 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unclear KYC documentation.
4.3 Ongoing Verification. rpiv5 may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in temporary account restriction.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rpiv5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rpiv5 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment processors not listed above.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction for bank transfer channels and Rp 25.000 for e-wallet channels. Maximum deposit limits per transaction vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may be subject to daily or weekly caps depending on your VIP tier and account verification status.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via BCA and Mandiri Internet Banking typically credit to your rpiv5 balance within seconds. BRI, BNI, CIMB Niaga, and other banks may take up to 15–30 minutes during peak transfer windows. E-wallet credits are typically instant. rpiv5 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as follows:

5.5 Withdrawal to Verified Accounts Only. All withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified in your rpiv5 account. Requests to withdraw to a different account name, account number, or payment method not on file will be declined. This policy exists to protect Members against fraud and to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
5.6 Currency. All amounts displayed, deposited, and withdrawn on rpiv5 are in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). rpiv5 does not hold member funds in any foreign currency.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by rpiv5 are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
6.2 Eligible Games. Unless stated otherwise, sports betting wagers contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino wagers contribute 10%; slot games contribute 100%. These contribution rates may vary for specific promotions — always check the promotion detail page for the applicable rates.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not activated within 7 calendar days of being credited, and wagering requirements not completed within 30 calendar days of bonus activation, will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus portion. Any real funds in the account at the time of forfeiture are not affected.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Activating a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the prior bonus being forfeited.
6.5 Abuse and Misuse. rpiv5 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where it detects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, wagering exclusively on excluded games, exploiting technical errors, or creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is accepted when rpiv5 confirms it and a unique bet reference number is issued. Bets placed but not confirmed due to system error, connectivity failure, or odds withdrawal are not binding. It is the Member's responsibility to verify that a bet confirmation is received.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, league, market, and event. rpiv5 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits where betting patterns suggest professional advantage-play activity. Such limits do not imply wrongdoing and are a standard industry risk-management practice.
7.3 Obvious Errors. Where rpiv5 publishes odds or lines in error (e.g., due to a data feed malfunction or human input error), bets placed at the erroneous price may be voided at our discretion. rpiv5 will notify affected Members and no winnings will be paid on voided bets. Voided bets have their stakes returned to the Member's balance in full.
7.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. During live events, odds may be suspended or withdrawn at any moment. Once a bet is confirmed with a reference number, the accepted odds apply regardless of subsequent market movements, subject to the obvious error clause above.
7.5 Result Disputes. Official match and event results are determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, the relevant national badminton association for Indonesian tournament results). In the event of a discrepancy between our data provider and official results, the official governing body result prevails.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rpiv5 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

9.4 Minor Protection. rpiv5 strongly encourages account holders to use parental control software if there is any possibility that minors have access to their devices. rpiv5 is not liable for unauthorized access by minors where the account holder has failed to secure their device and login credentials.
10.1 Ownership. All content on the rpiv5 platform — including but not limited to the rpiv5 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software interfaces, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to rpiv5 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
10.2 Restricted Use. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any rpiv5 content without prior written permission.
10.3 Third-Party Game Studios. Games available on rpiv5 may be provided by third-party studios operating under licence agreements. All trademarks and copyrights relating to those games remain the property of their respective owners.
11.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. rpiv5 makes no guarantee, express or implied, that any bet or wager placed on the platform will result in a win. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and it is possible to lose all funds deposited. rpiv5 is not liable for gambling losses incurred by Members.
11.2 Service Interruptions. rpiv5 strives to maintain 99.4% platform uptime. However, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues at all times. rpiv5 is not liable for losses or missed betting opportunities arising from planned or unplanned service interruptions, maintenance windows, or third-party infrastructure failures (including banking network outages).
11.3 Third-Party Links and Services. To the extent that the rpiv5 platform references or integrates third-party services (e.g., live data feeds, payment gateways), rpiv5 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of those third-party services.
11.4 Maximum Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rpiv5's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by rpiv5 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on rpiv5, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 Data Retention. rpiv5 retains Member account data and transaction records for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with internationally recognized AML and KYC record-keeping standards.
12.3 Cookies. rpiv5 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, personalize user experience, and perform analytics. By continuing to use the platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
13.1 Right to Amend. rpiv5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes that significantly affect Member rights will additionally be communicated via email to registered account email addresses where practicable.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the rpiv5 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure via our support team.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which rpiv5 holds its primary operating licence. rpiv5 operates as an internationally regulated platform. The parties acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is in a period of ongoing legal development, and rpiv5 makes no representation that its services are legally available in all areas of Indonesia.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Member and rpiv5 relating to these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through rpiv5's internal complaints procedure. To initiate a formal complaint, the Member must submit a written complaint via email to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought. rpiv5 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
14.3 Escalation. If the internal complaints procedure does not result in a satisfactory resolution, either party may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service recognized by rpiv5's licensing jurisdiction.
